    I have just received my third maxisys due to screens going blank.
    I have registered the unit and connected to internet via ethernet, wireless and have tried them seperate as well. It connects with no problems.

    When I try to update to the latest tablet software V.01.02.06 it shows the download in progress but then goes to 400% ? And fails the down load.
    When I try to update to the latest diag. App it also fails right away.

    Any ideas, I am getting really tired of all the problems I have had with this unit.
    I love it when it works.

    Sorry for the late reply.

    What is the currect system version on your Maxisys? Please go to Settings->About Tablet to check MaxiUi version.
